Testing Equipment
This device is a hydraulic characteristic testing device specifically designed for small-diameter valves, independently developed by our company, which holds complete intellectual property rights. This equipment is suitable for analytical testing of general valves, self-regulating flow control valves, self-regulating pressure differential control valves, and other valves or throttling devices.
The main functions of this equipment are divided into three modules: rapid testing, standard testing, and data analysis.
Rapid Testing is used to quickly understand the characteristics of the tested valve, helping to determine the testing content and parameter range for the standard test.
Standard Testing based on standardized testing methods, this module conducts quantitative tests on the specific parameters of the valves.
Data Analysis processes and analyzes the raw data from the standard tests, including uncertainty analysis, curve regression analysis, curve comparison analysis, and more.
